While we cannot guarantee securing a specific property or completing any particular transaction, we are clear about what we do guarantee.
We guarantee that our services are delivered with diligence, professionalism, and a clear duty of care to both our corporate clients and the individuals we help relocate. Our role is to provide informed guidance, structured support, and consistent communication throughout the relocation process.

If you have any concerns regarding the services we have provided, we encourage you to raise them with our Quality Manager in the first instance. We are committed to reviewing all feedback carefully and working constructively to reach a fair and timely resolution.
Where it is agreed that our service has not met the agreed specification, we will waive our fees and refund any charges paid. Should a resolution not be reached by mutual agreement, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration at our expense.
